Please read these Terms & Conditions carefully before using the Achharishta.com Matrimony website and its related mobile application. This Platform is owned, operated, and managed by PAWANPRABHA MARKETING CO. The website and mobile application are hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Platform”.

By accessing, registering on, or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, please do not use the Platform.

1. Nature of the Platform

Achharishta.com is an online matrimonial introduction platform intended solely to facilitate preliminary contact and exchange of information between individuals who are legally eligible and genuinely interested in entering into a matrimonial alliance.

It is not a marriage bureau, dating website, or a service providing any guarantee of marriage.

2. Definition of User

Any person accessing, browsing, registering, or using the Platform—whether registered or unregistered, free or paid—shall hereinafter be referred to as a “User”.

3. Purpose of Use

The Platform shall be used strictly for matrimonial purposes only.

Any use of the Platform for dating, friendship, business, promotion, solicitation, or any unlawful activity is strictly prohibited.

4. Profile Creation & Consent

If a profile is created by one person on behalf of another, it shall be deemed that the creator has obtained valid consent from the concerned individual.

However, the person whose profile has been created retains the right to request deletion of the profile at any time.

Achharishta.com does not encourage profile creation without consent and reserves the right to remove such profiles.

5. User Data & Privacy

To create a profile, Users may be required to provide personal information such as name, age, date of birth, gender, religion, caste, education, profession, contact details, and lifestyle information.

Such information is displayed to other Users only with the User’s consent.

Achharishta.com does not store any banking, credit card, debit card, or financial information of Users.

6. Accuracy of Information

All profile information available on the Platform is provided by Users themselves.

Achharishta.com does not verify, guarantee, or certify the accuracy, authenticity, or completeness of any information.

Any interaction or decision taken by a User shall be at their own risk and responsibility.

7. Disclaimer of Liability

Achharishta.com shall not be liable for any loss, fraud, emotional distress, financial damage, social harm, or disputes arising out of the use of the Platform or interactions between Users.

8. Prohibited Content

Users shall not upload, post, transmit, or share any content that includes:

Personal or stolen information of another person

Obscene, offensive, misleading, defamatory, or unlawful material

Content promoting religious, racial, caste-based, or social hatred

Viruses, spam, malware, or harmful technical content

Impersonation or false identity

9. Right to Remove or Suspend Profiles

Achharishta.com reserves the absolute right to remove, suspend, or permanently terminate any User profile without prior notice if any violation of these Terms is detected.

10. “As Is” Platform Availability

The Platform is provided on an “AS IS” basis.

Any reliance on information, advice, or content available on the Platform is entirely at the User’s own discretion and risk.

11. Right to Amend Terms

Achharishta.com may modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time.

Updated Terms shall become effective immediately upon publication on the Platform.

12. Jurisdiction

All disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms shall be governed by the laws of India.

Courts located at Bhopal and Jabalpur, Madhya Pradesh (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

13. User Data Responsibility & Indemnity

Users acknowledge that while reasonable precautions are taken, Achharishta.com shall not be responsible for unauthorized copying, misuse, alteration, or misuse of profile data by other Users or third parties.

Users agree to indemnify and hold the Company harmless from any claims, damages, or losses arising due to their misuse of the Platform.

14. Responsibility for Posted Content

Users posting any profile, photograph, message, link, or content shall be solely responsible for the same and agree to keep the Company indemnified against any civil, criminal, or financial claims arising from such content.

15. User Conduct & Behavior

Users shall ensure that all information provided is accurate and updated.

The Company does not monitor User behavior and shall not be responsible for harassment, abuse, fraud, or misconduct by any User.

16. Right to Take Action

The Company reserves the right to delete profiles, suspend services, or initiate legal action without prior notice if a User violates these Terms or misuses the Platform.

17. Profile Modification & Verification

Achharishta.com may modify or remove any content to ensure compliance with Platform rules and applicable laws.

Multiple profiles by the same User may result in deletion of all such profiles.

Failure to comply with address or identity verification may result in a “Not Verified” status or profile removal.

18. External Links

Any external website links displayed on the Platform are the sole responsibility of their respective owners.

Achharishta.com does not endorse or verify such websites and is not responsible for their privacy practices.

19. Future Partner Services

The Company may collaborate with partners in the future to offer additional services.

User data shall not be shared with partners without prior consent, unless such information has already been made public by the User.

20. General Disclaimer

The Company disclaims all warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, continuity, or accuracy of the Platform.

No claims for damages, losses, or profits shall lie against the Company.

21. Technical Issues

The Company shall not be responsible for technical failures, delays, server issues, network problems, data loss, or device damage resulting from use of the Platform.

22. User Categories & Benefits

Users may be classified as free or paid members, and as having incomplete or complete profiles.

The Company may modify, restrict, or expand benefits at its sole discretion.

23. Payments & Refunds

All payments are to be made in advance.

Payments once made are generally non-refundable.

Company liability, if any, shall be limited to the amount paid.

24. Password & Payment Security

Users are responsible for maintaining confidentiality of login credentials.

The Company does not store any card or banking details.

Payments are processed via secure third-party payment gateways.

25. Service Availability

The Company does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service and may discontinue or modify services at any time.

26. Payment Gateway Liability

The Company shall not be responsible for failures, extra charges, or errors arising from third-party payment gateways.

27. Intellectual Property Rights

All content, logos, images, videos, software, and data on the Platform are the intellectual property of the Company or its licensors.

Unauthorized use may result in legal action.

28. Right to Verify Information

Failure to comply may result in profile termination and forfeiture of fees.

30. Copyright & Ownership Violations

Users are responsible for ensuring that uploaded content does not violate copyright or trademark laws.

False claims may result in penalties and legal consequences.

31. Monitoring & Disclosure

The Company is not obligated to monitor Users but reserves the right to monitor the Platform electronically and disclose information as required by law.

32. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by Indian laws.

Courts at Bhopal and Jabalpur (India) shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

33. “Express Interest” Limits

The Company may impose contact limits, which may include:

Daily: up to 250 contacts

Weekly: up to 600 contacts

Monthly: up to 1500 contacts

Limits may be changed at any time.

34. Restrictions on Misbehavior

Based on complaints or data analysis, the Company may restrict contact privileges or impose other limitations on Users.

35. Service Duration Calculation

One month shall be considered as 30 days for all services.

36. Sharing Contact Details

Users may share personal contact details only in designated fields.

Improper sharing may result in removal of such information.

37. Consent for Communications

Users consent to receive:

(a) Membership-related emails

(b) Important notifications via email, app notifications, calls, SMS, WhatsApp, IVR, etc.

(c) Membership-related calls or SMS, subject to user preferences

38. Promotional Emails

Promotional emails may be sent if the User has opted in.

39. Promotional Social Media Messages

The Company may send promotional information via official email, WhatsApp, or other digital channels from time to time.

40. COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

To maintain a positive, safe, and trustworthy environment, all users are expected to strictly follow the rules and code of conduct outlined below.

Acceptable Conduct

Users are expected to:

* Initiate contact and communication strictly for matrimonial purposes only.

* Respect all families, traditions, cultures, and social values.

* Comply with the platform’s rules, terms, and community spirit.

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited:

* Terminate services without prior notice.

* Take appropriate legal action in serious or legally sensitive cases.
