Report Misuse
(Report Improper Use)
If any profile or user is misusing the platform, such as:
* Fake or misleading profiles
* Incorrect or false information
* Obscene, offensive, or unlawful messages/content
* Fraud, demand for money, or coercion
* Non-matrimonial or commercial activities
please submit a complaint immediately through the “Report Misuse” option.
All complaints will be kept strictly confidential, and appropriate action will be taken after due review and investigation.

Response Timeline
* Acknowledgement of the complaint within 48 hours of receipt
* Best efforts to resolve the complaint within 15 working days
Additional information or clarification may be requested from the user, if required.
Scope of Complaints
The Grievance Officer is authorized to take action on matters including, but not limited to:
* Fake, misleading, or objectionable profiles
* Obscene, illegal, or offensive content
* Fraud, demand for money, harassment, or inappropriate behavior
* Privacy and data-related complaints
* Objections related to account suspension, content removal, or restriction
* Violations of the IT Act, 2000 or IT Rules, 2021
Powers & Actions
The Grievance Officer shall have the authority to:
* Direct the removal, restriction, or blocking of any content or profile
* Temporarily or permanently suspend a user account
* Take appropriate legal action as required under applicable laws
User Responsibility
Users must ensure that any complaint submitted is true, clear, and factual.
If a complaint is found to be false, malicious, or misleading,
AchhaRishta.com reserves the right to take appropriate action.
